Dear Richie,
As the LDraw organisation receives no funds and has no costs (other than those
to its volunteers) the financial records involve a long series of zeroes. As I
know you have experience in that line of work I'm sure the SteerCo would be very
grateful if you could spare some time to help us write this up in some official
format.
I should also note that this is not a response to the issue in the present
thread. It would probably have been better directed as a new thread (with links
for clarity) in the same group with an appropriate title. I hope you can learn
from the mistake and follow a more clear system in future.
