Here is some expantion of point 2: I've added sentence 3, 4 and 5
2- Format of the obligatory part header:
0 <part description>
0 <part number>.dat
0 <Author>
0 Un-Official Element
Replace any <...> with the appropriate information. The length of the first
line, with the part description, may not exceed 64 characters, the 0 and the
space in front included. In almost any case this description should begin
with one of already existing part categories, you can view a list of these
at http://guide.lugnet.com/partsref/ . Most parts description state their
overall dimensions count in studs. When a dimension number is less then 10,
you have to put a exta space in front of it, this to insure that small
numbers get sort before large numbers.
The fourth line should always be as stated, to indicate that the part hasn't
been officialised yet. When the part gets included in a official update, the
update manager will use this line to show release information.
Greetings, M. Moolhuysen
