This is a case of old agreement within our group. At December 10th 1997

It turned out this was the case for all electric contact studs. We decided
to remain compatible and make the contact surfaces on the studs yellow.

For this single part, a new primitive might be a bit overdone. maybe you can
use the present electric stud and add the interior with cylinder, disk,
ring and/or rect references. Although I don't have the part, I could help
you with it. If you want me to help, please send me an image of how the
transparent stud should look like.

| (...) I guess I'm not a a standard user. :-) To me the objective should be to accurately represent the real world, not to copy the LEGO instructions. (...) My point of view also disagrees here. | Hi :-) I thought a bit about all this stud talk and reached a conclusion: is not worth the effort. I mean, nobody includes a touch sensor in it's model, in this case a transparent touch sensor, if does not intend to use it. And if you want to use (...) (25 years ago, 29-Mar-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)
