Right now there is nothing "wrong" with the part, per se.
The part number (71427) refers to a specific color for that composite item.
The part is not actually any color - it is in #16.

Right now, you could use that part as-is.  The number is a valid number for
that item.  Whether it gets added to the update in a #16 code _with_ that
number remains to be seen.
