No big deal. It's a trivial thing, but if I can get everyone to use it
the same way, I won't have to spend as much time twiddling part titles.
:)
Taking things a little out of the order you wrote them...

Sorry, I guess I wasn't totally clear before: you *should* use the
pattern codes for the patterned shortcuts. It was just the unpatterned
shortcut that should be c00.

Looking at Brickset <http://www.brickset.com/minifigbrowse.aspx>, there
at least eight distinct LOM Martian patterns. Using the common torso as
the shortcut base will lead us to:
30375c00.dat MiniBot SW Battle Droid (Shortcut)
30375c01.dat MiniBot LOM Martian (Shortcut)
30375c61.dat MiniBot LOM Martian Altair (Shortcut)
30375c62.dat MiniBot LOM Martian Antares (Shortcut)
30375c63.dat MiniBot LOM Martian Arcturus (Shortcut)
30375c64.dat MiniBot LOM Martian Canopus (Shortcut)
30375c65.dat MiniBot LOM Martian Cassiopeia (Shortcut)
30375c66.dat MiniBot LOM Martian Centauri (Shortcut)
30375c67.dat MiniBot LOM Martian Mizar (Shortcut)
30375c68.dat MiniBot LOM Martian Vega (Shortcut)
30375cs1.dat MiniBot SW Battle Droid Commander (Shortcut)
30375cs2.dat MiniBot SW Battle Droid Security (Shortcut)
30375cs3.dat MiniBot SW Battle Droid Pilot (Shortcut)
Using the *heads* as the base number might keep things a little more
straight.
30378c00.dat MiniBot SW Battle Droid (Shortcut)
30378cs1.dat MiniBot SW Battle Droid Commander (Shortcut)
30378cs2.dat MiniBot SW Battle Droid Security (Shortcut)
30378cs3.dat MiniBot SW Battle Droid Pilot (Shortcut)
30xxxc01.dat MiniBot LOM Martian (Shortcut)
30xxxc61.dat MiniBot LOM Martian Altair (Shortcut)
30xxxc62.dat MiniBot LOM Martian Antares (Shortcut)
30xxxc63.dat MiniBot LOM Martian Arcturus (Shortcut)
30xxxc64.dat MiniBot LOM Martian Canopus (Shortcut)
30xxxc65.dat MiniBot LOM Martian Cassiopeia (Shortcut)
30xxxc66.dat MiniBot LOM Martian Centauri (Shortcut)
30xxxc67.dat MiniBot LOM Martian Mizar (Shortcut)
30xxxc68.dat MiniBot LOM Martian Vega (Shortcut)
