  Re: Discussion-Large Technic Shock 2909c01.dat

(...) Why would it appear oval? The scaling would be along the Y axis. The only difference in appearance would be that the windings would not be as steeply spiralled. Which is a correct appearance. Of course, my opinion is that the most-correct (...) (25 years ago, 10-May-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: [LDAO] Could a few people test something, please?

Ouch! 30 seconds for the whole thing? Wow. Good thing there's room for improved performance in the algorithms. BTW, have you (or anyone) converted the VEC image files to 256-colors? (this would only affect the "csLoadPictures" steps) Steve (...) (25 years ago, 10-May-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Discussion-Large Technic Shock 2909c01.dat

(...) Another negative thing I see with this method is that the dat file _must_ be manually edited to affect the scaling change. It can't be done from LEdit. This is what makes it difficult - at least for the casual user. Karim's method can be done (...) (25 years ago, 10-May-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Voting Page

(...) Good point. An alternate idea would be to rotate it 90 degrees in the Y-plane. That would place its default position in perfect alignment with all the axles default positions. What does everyone think? Leave it as-is? Lay it down flat? Rotate (...) (25 years ago, 10-May-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)
