Thank you very much for "only" finding errors in formatting. I have corrected
all things you have mentioned.
It was not easy for me to find all these informations and put them together. I
wonder why nobody before has released such a document to the community. You need
a lot of mathematical skills to understand all this stuff. And because I know I
forget a lot during the time I made this documentation and share it.
FYI I have used OpenOffice Writer to make that page and under some circumstances
the results are far away from what I want to do.
