Having downloaded and unzipped the 1.0.7 source from SourceForge (and having had similar errors trying the version recommended on the LDraw getting started guide), I am having difficulty getting it to build. Do you have the latest version? 'Search by stud count' wasn't there until 4.0 (I think). Check the version in the caption bar (top of the window). Get 4.1 from: (URL) installing, you must also do a 'Scan' again, to rebuild the index. (19 years ago, 18-May-06, to lugnet.cad.dev)
