  Re: Overlapping linetypes?

(...) As long as the overlapping areas are coplanar and use the same color, this approach is valid. I frequently use this approach to draw rings, when there isn't a single ring primitive which fits my needs. Steve (24 years ago, 2-Mar-01, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Edger utility available

Wouldn't you know it--there was a minor bug in the code. The edger in its first version would sometimes lock up when checking for overlapping lines in certain cases. I've updated it again to get rid of that bug, so now it's on version 0.6. (URL) you (...) (24 years ago, 2-Mar-01, to lugnet.cad.dev)

I just want to say thanks to everyone who voted for me and also to Tim Courtney who made some suggestions, that helped make this scene so cool. Thanks Tim. :) The Star Wars scene was also a great rendering, and I figured that that would be the one (...) (24 years ago, 2-Mar-01, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  Overlapping linetypes?

For some of the more complicated designs on patterened elements, the path of least resistance suggests to me that a certain amount of overlap by two linetype statements of the same color might be the most efficient way of covering an area. As a (...) (24 years ago, 1-Mar-01, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  March 2001 ldraw.org MOTM winner

Ryan Dennett races to a win... A second win of the MOTM goes to Ryan and his "Corvette Country Road". And for the second month, the winner is an auto-themed entry - how interesting. (URL) Terry K -- (24 years ago, 1-Mar-01, to lugnet.announce, lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

Re: New "calculator" for parts authors. ( for windows 95+, nt?)

Hello, Anyone interested in a Lcad calculator? I have updated the one I made to now allow multiple point entry in the Tiangle/Line intersection area. I have also added a few more very minor enhancements, plus a few fixes. You may download it from my (...) (24 years ago, 1-Mar-01, to lugnet.cad.dev)
