Well, at the risk of sounding like I'm repeating myself, I really like the thought of a special group lugnet.trains.org for people to help plan and talk about how to set up more clubs like PNLTC and GMLTC. (...) Nope, keep LDraw capitalized as-is. That's how James named it, that's how it's copyrighted, that's the trademark, that's how it'll stay. End of story. IMO, "Foundation" conjures up images of a non-profit institution (a plus) which dabbles in (...) (26 years ago, 14-Apr-99, to lugnet.cad.dev)
