here is a mystery part.... found in my collection when i was back home on leave... can anyone id this part? is it lego or not? the studs where hard to read, it was in horrible condition 0 Plate 2 x 2 With Slope half 0 Unknown Lego or NonLego Element (...) (25 years ago, 13-Feb-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

It sure is a mystery part. Questions: 1. Does the slope have the typical rough surface of a Lego slope? 2. Is there any part number or other stuff printed in the bottom cavity? 3. What colour is it?
