It sure is a mystery part.

Questions:
1. Does the slope have the typical rough surface of a Lego slope?
2. Is there any part number or other stuff printed in the bottom cavity?
3. What colour is it? Same shade as standard Lego?
4. Does the fabric "feel Lego"?
