Are there many parts that will need this surface?  It doesn't seem like it would
be that common...

If it would help you to have a subfile, then create a subpart file rather than a
primitive.  If I've totally missed the point of your question, let me know.

What approach should I take to create the "Curved Slope End". Should I create a curved and slope line and surface primitive? The basis for this part file (version 2) is 41855 2 x 2 x 2/3 Slope Rounded. In the uploaded 47457v2.dat file, you'll see (...) (20 years ago, 10-Sep-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
