0 Tile  1 x  4 With Octan Pattern

Any chance you could push this pattern into a subpart file?  Seems like
there are enough Octan logo parts around to make it worthwhile.

Also, could some of the pattern be replaced with primitives?  It looks
like the 'O' was constructed from primitives, or at least from circles.
Once upon a time, I had started working on this pattern (and abandoned
the work, due to excessive perfectionism).  I made the 'O' like this:

1 0 -180.5 -4 1  5.56 0 0  0 1 0  0 0 5.56  ring10.dat
1 4 -180.5 -4 1  24 0 0  0 1 0  0 0 28  ring1.dat
1 4 -180.5 -4 1  14 0 0  0 1 0  0 0 14  ring3.dat
1 0 -180.5 -4 1  6 0 0  0 1 0  0 0 7  ring3.dat

Quad2Dat supports primitives, although I think at the
moment for a full ring it writes it out as 4-4ringX.dat
Just trying to be consistent with the disc & ndis primitives.
I guess the next release I'll jury rig it to drop the 4-4 prefix
on full rings. At least, until the rings get standardized and
follow the same format :-)
