In MLCad under the File menu there is a command Scan Models. Click on that
and the parts in your madel directory should appear under Models heading.
You would use Scan Parts when you added to the Parts directory (i.e. when
you install an official update). MLCad atmoatically scan for new parts and
asks you if you want the make a new parts.lst.
