I hope that everyone who contributes to the parts library realizes that
their parts are likely to be updated, corrected, moved, modified and/or
plagiarized at some point.

If the fixes were minor and mechanical, just mail 'em to partsref. Like,
for instance, if there was a technic gearbox released with the wrong size
in the descriptive name, and it took two years for anyone to notice, I
wouldn't bother to post the correction to lugnet. Just for instance.

My standard is to put a comment line just after the header, like:
0 YYYY-MM-DD SEB I made changes X, Y, Z
If there are already similar comments in the file, put the new comment(s)
before the others.

That's your choice. It's not a bad idea to mark the specific lines, unless
you are changing a bunch of lines throughout the file.
