(...) Thanks a lot: It's good enough for my current needs. But the little thing at the point is basicly a 1x2 plate, and the back end is hollow like a 4857 without hinge. -NB (20 years ago, 29-Mar-05, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

I'm pretty new to L-Draw. I've read Virtual Lego cover to cover, built a few models and even tried my hand a making a new part - a Technic straw. Overall, lots of fun! Any chance that someone has taken a stab at this monstrosity of a challenge? Or might be planning on doing so anytime in the near future? First I'd like to say sorry for asking the question you guys probably get asked more often then you like. I searched and found a thread on it but the link to the FAQ at ldraw.org was bad.
