Novice user in need of help for custom parts

Hello everyone -
I am a novice LDraw user who desperately need some parts to be made. I have some
experience in parts authoring but would like to receive some help firsthand:
- Could a established part author please advise me when the following parts will become available in .dat format:
- x164.dat - SW Rebel X Wing Helmet
- 2484c01.dat - Car Spring 2 x 2 Wheel Holder
- Custom part (Does not exist in real Lego) - US Army PASGT Fritz helmet
- Is there anyone who has done a camoflage colour scheme for minifig arms, legs and torsos? I’m looking for Urban, Forest and Desert camo schemes
- Has anyone done shoulder insignias? I would like to know how to apply my own unit insignias onto minifig parts. The curved arms are especially difficult
