Re: [name argument] train door vs. door

(...) Of Course! 6383 Public Works Center and 6390 Main Street; two of the *best* town sets ever made. Both use them as rails for their cranes, 6383 has 3 and 6390 has 4. I've always considered them tiles. Jeff (25 years ago, 2-Jun-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: [name argument] train door vs. door

  Re: Part needed

Yup, it is in the "Train" category, and I think it should be moved to "Bracket", also. It is 4169 "Train Signal Stand". Jeff (...) (25 years ago, 1-Jun-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: [name argument] train door vs. door

(...) What about moving 812 "Train Level Crossing Center Rail Cap Insert" to the "Tile" category? I have seven of them(one is broken tho. :( ), and none of them came in a Train set. Jeff (25 years ago, 1-Jun-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: [part] Electric Motor 12 Volt

(...) The center wheel is removeable, BTW. Also don't forget the holes in the wheels for the piston rods. Jeff P.S. Disregard this message if you just haven't gotten to these yet. ;) (25 years ago, 1-Jun-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: Part needed

I believe the piece you are looking for is in the train catagory, although I think it should be in the bracket catagory. I'm not sure if I'm correct or not but it looks like a piece I've seen there before. Hope this helps. Ryan "Build or build not. (...) (25 years ago, 1-Jun-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Part needed

Hello, I was digging through LDraw to find a specific piece, but I could not find it. It is used for the feet of the Twin-winged Spoiler: (URL) could be described as a 2x3 tile with a 1x3 plate standing on it. I am hoping someone knows if it is (...)   Re: [part] mockup/for-post of 30407

(...) Using swh4.dat is a good idea. No use re-inventing the wheel. That subfile is going to be in the next update, so you can plan on using it as a subfile in this piece. -- Terry K -- (25 years ago, 1-Jun-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Unofficial Part: 4181 Train Door with Red and White Stripe Pattern

Re: [name argument] train door vs. door

(...) There are several (many) door/window parts in "Train" that should probably be moved to the "Door" and "Window" categories. Just hasn't happened yet. (...) Is that an artifact of USMC training? :-) -- Terry K -- (25 years ago, 1-Jun-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Unofficial Primitive: Triangular (Prism?)  [DAT]

Here are a couple primitives that I put together for a part I was doing. I have absolutely no idea how useful these would be.   Unofficial Part: 4215 Panel with Red and Blue Stripes  [DAT]

This is a set of two panels that go on the Engine Cowling for the 5580 Highway Rig.   Unofficial Part: 4181 Train Door with Red and White Stripe Pattern  [DAT]

Here is the driver's side door of the 5580 Highway Rig. I needed it for something. Bet you can guess what! Terry, the door itself was white, so I did not hard-code the center stripe white. Should I leave it or hard-code the white? LMKWYT! Kevin B (...) (25 years ago, 31-May-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
