Re: YAL: Yet Another Loader :) —Chuck Sommerville
I love the loader, but the minifig seems to hav had a melt down. When I load it into mlcad, or convert it with L3P, the minifig parts are all stacked on top of each other like they were not transformed or rotated. Is anyone else seing this? -Chuck (25 years ago, 22-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

(...) Try viewing it with LDLite or L3Lab. The minifig was made using LDao's Minifig Modeler, which spits out code with LDLite language extensions. MLCAD and L3P don't recognize the LDLite commands, so they render incorrectly. BTW: the newest (...) (25 years ago, 22-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

(...) That's much better, however, even in L3LAB, the hands don't attach to the arms. How can I fix it? I really enjoying rendering these images for my desktop wallpaper. -Chuck (25 years ago, 22-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

(...) If you like my renderings, check out what I did with this YAL: (URL) can see the problems with the hands. This was made by loading the file into L3LAB, writing a POV file, and hand tweeking the 1x1 round plates. Not to mention setting the (...) (25 years ago, 22-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

(...) Cool! I just looked through all your renderings, and they look nice! I might have to render the loader in the Pentapterigoid hangar... --Bram (25 years ago, 22-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Re: YAL: Yet Another Loader :) —Bram Lambrecht
(...) There's a beta version of L3P which does recognize the LDLite commands, and I would guess that the DAT->POV converter in L3Lab would too, as L3Lab does. (Is that the converter the beta L3P?) (...) Reminds me...I should try installing the new (...) (25 years ago, 22-Mar-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)
