I mean I'd never want to criticize a first time poster, but that hover tank was looking pretty sparse :) Did you use subfiles in creating your model? If so they may not have been posted with (...) After I posted my DAT file a couple of hours ago, I opened the file and only saw the basic parts of my model displayed, not the slopes, etc. I have never encountered this problem when viewing other people files. I then went to options and set the (...) (25 years ago, 4-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

This is my first attempt at an LDraw model: it's very small. An open air market stall. If it's suitable, I guess several more would be in order with different color schemes. This house was for my non-existing lcad town too. It will automaticly (sp?) sit on a 32 x 32 baseplate. This house includes landscaping, and because of the walk-way, it's front should be against a sidewalk. When inserting into Datsville, set the (...) I'm not sure if this is a model, or more of an idea. Anyway, I built a low hill (4 plates high) on a 32x32 baseplate, with the high point in one corner of the plate, and two sides flat against the outside of the plate. (...) Use Lugnet's web-interface to post DATs. There's a "upload file" button provided. You just click the button, navigate to the correct file, and it gets uploaded along with the message. Easy, and you don't have to worry about messing with your (...) (25 years ago, 3-Sep-99, to lugnet.cad.dat.models, lugnet.cad, lugnet.general)

I just open the dat file in Notepad *1) Then select all text in it, copy and paste it into the message. *1) I have created a shortcut to Notepad in the C:\Windows\SendTo directory (at the same time as I deleted the options I never use). someone want to give me directions to uploading a dat file??? I don't have the time to figure it all out for sure.. so if someone can just give me an idea of what I have to do...
