Re: beginnings of a walled town--definitely not a small file

I always wanted to do a walkthru ray trace animation of a castle. I was going to build my own, but your castle is looking so good, why bother. -Chuck (24 years ago, 2-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

Wow! What a great start. Great realistic details. I can't wait to see it when you get it finished. John Gramley (24 years ago, 2-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

I don't know how true of a statement that is over the (...) (24 years ago, 2-Apr-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.models)

(...) Sorry, but they won't be around for at least another 1000 years. :-, But in the meantime, here's a slightly less anachronistic item for ya.   mecha shoulder design  [DAT]

...Its not the best design, but it does work and can be sculpted fairly well. It uses a hinge brick with a hinge plate to improve friction, a click hinge gives it vertical rotation.
