I've reserved temporary part numbers x242, x243, x244 and x245 for you.
So if you don't find out the real numbers, use these temporary numbers
instead.

For names, I can't give you a definite response until I see the parts (I
don't have the old train wheels).  But you can start with:

Train Wheel with 4 Studs
Train Wheel with Spokes
Train Wheel with Spokes Conical
Wheel with Spokes
