errors with rendering

I have recently begun rendering my LDraw constructs, and I am having some small
problams than I can work around but I was wondering if I had something set-up
incorrectly.
I'm using the following packages:
L3P - Version 1.3 20010120
L3PAO - Version 1.3.5
MLCAD - Version 2.12
POV-Ray - Version 3.5
LGEO - with update 15
and I am having the following problems:
L3PAO keeps giving me an error saying that it can't find POV-Ray. If the .POV
file isn't placed into the LGEO directory then POV-Ray can't find any of the
LGEO files; and I have to change a value in the .POV files generated by L3PAO
to do with the version, I have to change it from 3.0 to 3.5 to get it to
render.
If no one has any idea about these then I'll continue to work around them.
