All, Is there a high-quality DAT out there for Technic friction pegs? The one that comes with the LDRAW package does not have the little ridges that actually provide the friction.... I need these to illustrate a point and have not been able to find (...) (22 years ago, 22-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad)

(...) Try part 2780.dat. It was released in part update 2002-02. Also, if you want to give some lip to your other Technic Pin-parts, grab the updated (but still unofficial) versions of the connect.dat, connect2.dat, connect3.dat, and connect4.dat (...) (22 years ago, 22-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad)

William, Thanks for the effort. Thise scans really do look good! In the end, I used MLCad to generate wireframes and has my wife (an architefctural renderer) trace the contours using a good old Pilot Fineliner. Then I scanned the drawing and cleaned (...) (22 years ago, 8-Aug-02, to lugnet.cad)
