All,
Is there a high-quality DAT out there for Technic friction pegs? The
one that comes with the LDRAW package does not have the little
ridges that actually provide the friction....
I need these to illustrate a point and have not been able to find
them anywhere.
I realize they are used a lot, and making the DAT even more complex
would load down many renderers.
As someone just getting into the CAD stuff, I'm having trouble
figuring out why LDview renders the basic Technic Pin so much
better than the friction pin...
Cheers, Ralph

| (...) Try part 2780.dat. It was released in part update 2002-02. Also, if you want to give some lip to your other Technic Pin-parts, grab the updated (but still unofficial) versions of the connect.dat, connect2.dat, connect3.dat, and connect4.dat (...) (22 years ago, 22-Jul-02, to lugnet.cad)
