The site isn't updated yet, but for those who want, you can now download the
new (corrected) Train Poster (just go to the posters section and click the
preffered size). The dates are all right now (thanks to Lego Denmark!) and
all the trains who were missing the rubber tubes do have them now (big thank
you to Ronald Scott Moody and Fredrik Glockner for helping me out with emacs
and ldraw-mode). All the LDraw-files of these models are updated too.
I'm sorry for all those people who downloaded the "old" poster and printed
it (all 3 of you!), but this had to be done.
I'm back to bed (having a heavy flu) and gonna work on a new project;
writing a L3P/POV-Ray manual so you can do this all by your self in the future!
Thanx for your support and keep those pictures
of you and your poster coming!
Oh, the website is http://www.puntgaaf.com/LegoTrainPoster/

I was going to suggest suggest using my patch of 30562.dat:

  http://news.lugnet.com/cad/dat/parts/?n=2877

I figured l3p would substitute smooth cylinders for the 48/1-4cyli.dat
primitives to make the tank look much more realistic (like this):

  http://ldglite.sourceforge.net/tank2.bmp

Unfortunately l3p doesn't seem to substitute for the hires primitives
so I had to remove the 48/ from all the primitives in 30562.dat to get
the picture above.

Which brings me to my l3p feature request.  Is it possible to tell
l3p to substitute for pieces that it doesn't know about, or could l3p
be modified to guess based on the primitive naming conventions to
substitute for new round primitives as soon as they're created?
