Download ldraw027.exe, it comes pre-patched for error 200.
They disappeared because the new release eliminated the need for them.

| (...) IMPORTANT NOTE! If you install ldraw027.exe over top of your current ldraw installation, you will end up with some parts being replaced with *older* versions. To avoid this, save and run ldraw027.exe somewhere *other* than C:\.[1] Then copy (...) (23 years ago, 4-Jan-02, to lugnet.cad)
