I run Win NT. Does anybody know how to set an environment variable in
Windows NT such that L3P will know it?

Well, I don't actually *use* L3P (I should, if only for the lint
function).  I know L3P's usage of LGEO parts has been discussed around
on the L-CAD mailing list, but I don't have an archive of those
messages.

Anyone with a *real* answer want to jump in here?
