People are a pain! First to design them, then place them, then move them
around the town. But they definitely are needed to bring life to Datsville.
I'm moving to less frequent updates of the town, while providing more
close-ups, so this will reduce the movement problem somewhat. Submissions
have slowed down, too, so I've been able to pretty much catch up with that
part. Mookie's train station will be in the next update.
