Best way to find out is to submit. If I wanted to use un-official parts, I'd inline them.

Police station is a must. The only hit I get searching on "police" in Ldlist is 3624.DAT Minifig

Unfortunatly, despite Datville's harmonic appearance, a jail is needed. At least, that's my opinion.
