| | LPub Error Message?
|
| Forgive me if this is answered in a FAQ somewhere, but I've been getting this error message when I try to run LPub: Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program Files\LDView\LDView.exe R6025 -pure virtual function call What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any (...) (14 years ago, 4-Dec-10, to lugnet.cad)

| (...) Hi Dave, Windows I assume? Are you able to run LDView outside of LPub? I've never seen anything like this. Travis have you? You might try ldglight for now. Kevin (14 years ago, 4-Dec-10, to lugnet.cad)

| (...) "PURE" is a dead givaway.... I think you left the next line of the error message out: R6026 -impure parts detected in library, aborting. Try removing all Mega***** from your libraries (and your house, while you're at it, for good measure) and (...) (14 years ago, 4-Dec-10, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.off-topic.fun)

I haven't kept step with all of the whys and wherefores of the LDraw file-header conventions, so there may be a glitch resulting from my failure to match my custom (...) | (...) Actually, if the "pure virtual function call" error really did come from LDView, then it indicates a bug in LDView, no matter what the contents of the files being fed into LDView. The only way that LDView could generate such an error that I (...) (14 years ago, 6-Dec-10, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)
| | | | Re: LPub Error Message?

| (...) Sorry for the delay. Yes, all sub-parts and primitives must have some BFC command prior to the first action in order for BFC processing to be enabled for the sub-part/primitive. (This is typically 0 BFC CERTIFY, incidentally.) --Travis (14 years ago, 16-Dec-10, to lugnet.cad, FTX)
