Just install them. They should both work fine.
I'm puzzled, though. If you honestly thought there was a high enough chance
that they wouldn't work that you felt you had to ask here, why in the world did
you get a 64-bit version of Windows?
As it happens, for the most part, 64-bit Windows runs 32-bit programs fine, with
the biggest exception being device drivers and Windows Explorer plugins (neither
of which work if they aren't themselves 64-bit). But if you honestly believed
that 32-bit programs wouldn't work, then it seems like a bad idea to have gotten
a 64-bit version of Windows in the first place.
