Would allowing multiple sized pages solve the page boundry crossing problem?
Imagine if I had most of my default page set up as Letter (8.5x11.0) but allowed
a way to override the page size to double the page size (there would have to be
some limitations - limiting it to double the standard page size seems
reasonable) to be 11x17 (B size), I could then add 2x the content to a page and
arrange the various elements, callouts, pointers, arrows, etc., accordingly.
Just a thought as I am catching up on this thread.
