(...) Nominations/self nominations here sound fine. This week is obviously too short of a timeframe, but allowing them through say next Sunday (5/10) would work. Then give a week for the poll on the site (through 5/17), giving a few days for the (...) (18 years ago, 2-May-08, to lugnet.cad)

See this post here: (URL) say that the LDraw community qualifies as an AFOL community group, and as such can submit up to three people for consideration. Of course, that doesn't mean one of them would actually be chosen, since LDraw doesn't have any (...) (18 years ago, 1-May-08, to lugnet.cad)
