Datsville lives up to that claim.  I'm not sure where the "official" version is
located at the moment, but I have a copy stored off-line.

For years, I have planned to revise it completely, and add versions with
different levels of simplification, but I guess I'll never get the time.

It's too huge to be rendered in POV, but you can always take portions of the
town for scenes.
