Seeing as Jeremy has written more code for the upcoming 1.6 release
than I have, he's a pretty good authority on the subject. I'll try hard
to get his ldraw-options-dialog-box in the next release.
As for the bitmaps, a two-pass auto-sizing feature would be useful,
and we may get that for "free" with the changes to support for
MPD files. I've been wanting to generate bitmaps larger than
the screen for some time, so a -V option with x,y specifications
makes sense. Also, I'm thinking of a modified bitmap-save that
does not crop to the smallest size, but keeps the full size, so
you can easily do animated GIFs.

| (...) How about an option to simulate antialiasing by rendering the image internally at 2x and resampling for display? (Or at the very least, an option to render the image on-screen at 2x or 3x normal size, with thicker lines? That way, I could (...) (26 years ago, 21-Feb-99, to lugnet.cad)
