I've seen alot of cbolego's models (the Metal Slug 5 ones in particular) and I wanted to try making one in MLCad... though I can't figure out how some of the pieces were fitted. In the upper section, it looks like he may have used a few 52107 (...) (18 years ago, 29-Jan-07, to lugnet.cad.dat.ideas)

Seems that James Mathis and I were thinking along similar lines this past week. I, too, designed some streamliner cars of my own using the LEGO Factory parts palette, although I modeled mine on the "Metroliner" paint scheme rather than for the Super (...) (18 years ago, 29-Jan-07, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.cad.ldd, FTX) !

(...) I'm not sure if I know what you mean here. But an importer will most likely create joints for all parts in the MPD. Otherwise it will be difficult to determine which to do and which ones not. (...) Thank {you} if you implement it ;-) - I'd hate to do all that work over again. BTW if you're able to incorporate that function, it would be nice if you can merge individual submodels since more than 90% of mine are usually just angled sections (...)
