Thank you for your polite enquiry. Externally, the situation is little changed
since this announcement in September: http://news.lugnet.com/cad/?n=14080,
although a lot is going on in the background.
Firstly we need to reformat the headers of the existing official library to
conform to the new standard to support the Contributor Agreement. This is more
complex than I imagined due to the previous lack of standardisation.
Once this is done a new parts update should follow quite quickly.
