I just made a LDD moc, & bought it thru factory @ lego.com. Anyone have any idea how long it takes to get it from the time of uploading/ordering? Jeff (18 years ago, 27-Oct-06, to lugnet.cad.ldd)

After a long period of not doing anything with LDraw I started to make the new RC trainbase: (URL) I only have the black trainbase from set 7898 Cargo Train Deluxe. I don't know the color of the on-button and the channel switch on the white (...) (18 years ago, 26-Oct-06, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

(...) Actually I wonder about that. I searched recently for good 3D modeler programs on the premise that using such programs could rapidly shrink part authoring time if done well. In the process I also found Pictomod3D ((URL) which looks like it has (...) (18 years ago, 26-Oct-06, to lugnet.cad)

(...) I, too, find that I just can't make pieces connect in LDD like they're supposed to. When this happens, I'll build up part of the model in LDD and then save as a .LDR file. Then using MLCAD (in LDraw), I fix the stuff that didn't work in LDD (...) (18 years ago, 25-Oct-06, to lugnet.cad.ldd)

Hi all, I've been working to recreate some of the great classic town/train sets within the bounds imposed by the piece assortment on LDD. The Motorail Terminal is, I think, one of the more impressive results of this project. And I've produced a (...)
