(...) If you'd like a quick clean install of the parts library, you can test out the new LDView feature that does this for you automatically. All you need to do is rename your existing LDraw directory (so LDView won't find it), then run the (...) (18 years ago, 4-Jun-06, to lugnet.cad)

(...) Well FWIW I never got LDview working with LPub. I get a windows error when it tries to execute. But the results I'm getting with ldglite are now good enough that I didn't continue trying. (...) I agree. The Povray options are all pretty neatly (...) (18 years ago, 3-Jun-06, to lugnet.cad)

(...) We are still a team aren't we? Hmmmm...... in your absence I have made some changes related to PLI, and Layout, so we'll have to reconoiter. I fixed a number of memory leaks also. I could see LPub having a "just building instructions" mode, (...) (18 years ago, 3-Jun-06, to lugnet.cad)

(...) I can definitely answer "yes" to this one. Probably 90 - 95% of my CAD work is driven by the need to create instructions. I've worked with LPub and POV-Ray (and MEGA POV-Ray) for a couple of years now. But as noted elsewhere I'm really trying (...) (18 years ago, 3-Jun-06, to lugnet.cad)
