Re: Part request: Propellor 3 Blade with 24t Gear Complete Assembly - 2740c01  [DAT]

Here's a quick'n'dirty mockup. The shape of the blades and the cone are not accurate, but the blade length, and gap between blades and technic brick should be right to within a few ldu. 0 Untitled 0 Name: 2740c01.dat 0 Author: (Duckie) Dave Till 0 (...)   New Mockup: px8.dat - Plant Brick Round 1 x 1 x 2/3 with 3 Large Leaves  [DAT]

(...) Hi Eric, and thanks! Happy New Yesr to you, too! Here's the first complete version, with the mocked-up leaf inlined, but yet no conditional lines. I inlined it to make sure you get the latest sub-parts, but in the final version, I will subfile (...) (19 years ago, 1-Jan-06, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Need # 50745 too and happy new year from France,

John, I "feel" you're right and we'll have to wait to have this part as it seems very complicated to do. Generally my dat customs are assembled pieces of existing dat, something like the monster of Frankenstein ;>) but that can help. BTW does (...) (19 years ago, 1-Jan-06, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Rendering 8868 AirtechClaw Rig in MLCad/LDraw

(...) Like Koyan, I have a half done version (most of the chassis and half the "turret"). MLCad is very easy to use, and is as simple as adding a part, then rotating/positioning it. Repeat ad infinitum. (...) This model, in my opinion, is on par (...) (19 years ago, 1-Jan-06, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.cad)

Re: Need # 50745 too and happy new year from France,

Hi Eric, I think we are going to have to wait awhile on this part. It seems like a very complex part to author. I am going to try and learn how to make parts but trying to make the mud guard will probably be out of my beginners skills first. I will (...) (19 years ago, 1-Jan-06, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Rendering 8868 AirtechClaw Rig in MLCad/LDraw

No one so far ever attempted to build this beast in Ldraw. (Or else I would have seen it on brickshelf sooner or later) If nobody is currently doing it, I might be interested. The thing is that I never, ever used any 3d drawing software in my life. (...) (19 years ago, 1-Jan-06, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.cad)

Need # 50745 too and happy new year from France,

Hello everybody, As John I'd like to have the 50745 parts. Not for the Castle model I'm doing but for a 4x4 vehicle that looks really poor without that part :>( So if anybody is working on it, please tell me. Thanks, Eric (19 years ago, 1-Jan-06, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Unofficial Subpart px8s01.dat - Large Leaf

(...) Hi Tore, First I want to wish you and everybody here a Happy New Year! I made a small render using your leave and it's really nice. You'll tell me that maybe you could smooth it a little but for me it's ok. Thank you, Eric (19 years ago, 1-Jan-06, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Need Part#50745: 'Car Mudguard 4 x 2 1/2 x 2'

I am trying to recreate the new ambulance LEGO set in MLCAD. I cannot find Peeron Part#50745: 'Car Mudguard 4 x 2 1/2 x 2' : (URL) seems to be a part that first came out in 2005 so maybe no one has created it yet? If this part does not exist how (...)
