I just got a new computer for christmas. Unfortuantely it has windows xp on it and won't run many of my old programs, including Ldraw, Ledit, and LeoCad. Has anyone found a way to get these programs to run in xp? (23 years ago, 3-Jan-02, to lugnet.cad)

(...) One solution is to compose a new model file which reads from the two you want to combine. For example, compose a file called "model.dat", with contents like this: 1 16 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 file1.dat 1 16 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 file2.dat (...) (23 years ago, 3-Jan-02, to lugnet.cad.mlcad)

(...) Yes. I'm guessing (based on past experience) that it won't be the next parts update (2002-01), but maybe the one after that (2001-02). But who knows? Heya, I apologize if it was discused before but how can I get (or connect) two different .dat models into one .dat file ? I don't mean importing of multipart files.
