  Minifig Construction, Part Numbering

I have a couple of questions: 1.) What's the easiest way to put minifigs in your scene? Construction from scratch is a pain and I don't know how to modify the shorcuts in MLCad. 2.) What's the source for part numbers? All I can find is Technica for (...) (23 years ago, 10-Jun-01, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.mlcad)

(...) I couldn't load your image, but on 7311, is it the little arms with the ridges on the sides? I don't think that part has been made yet, but just becuase I don't think so, doesn't mean it hasn't. I don't keep too up to date on what parts exist (...) It's the 1 x 2 locking hinge brick with 1 finger on one end and 2 on the other, but has no studs. I'm afraid this is the best (...) (23 years ago, 9-Jun-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
