Re: Need part number for a dangerous predator  [DAT]

(...) Thanks. I hadn't considered conditional edge lines before (this being my first part, it never crossed my mind; I'm still fairly new to Ldraw and MLcad), but I liked the idea of putting them in. Here's the file with edge lines. I didn't do this (...) (24 years ago, 27-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Has anyone made the wheels as seen in 5920

(...) I made the wheel for this model: (URL) was also another person who posted a different version of the same wheel in the cad.parts group fairly recently, so I didn't bother to register my part in the tracker. Fredrik (24 years ago, 26-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: Bendible Objects?

(...) Thanks! I'd say, though, that the instruction on my site are probably aimed at the wrong crowd. I should probably rewrite it all with users who are new to Emacs in mind.   Re: Has anyone made the wheels as seen in 5920

(...) awhile ago? Or maybe it was Fredrick... It seems like maybe the file wasn't posted on lugnet for some reason, so you might have to search for messages talking about the part, and see if you can get a link offsite. Steve (24 years ago, 26-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: Bendible Objects?

I highly recommend Fredrik's LDraw-Mode. It will take you a little while to find the Emacs stuff and install it, plus some time to figure out how to bend stuff. But once you make the initial investment it is very easy to create wonderful curving (...) (24 years ago, 26-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
