I think the idea of a formal organization is really good, provided that it does server it's constituants. I think this is a good start and I encourage you to continue. I only looked at it briefly, but let me give it these two faint praises: 1. It's *far* better than not having any minifig hair pieces. 2. Here is the best I can do at the moment on the minifig short hair. It is not as good as I would like it to be, as I need to figure out a better way of measuring these asymetric curved surfaces.
