New Part - 30187 Minifig Motorcycle with 3 Wheels Body  [DAT]

Hello, Can someone take a look at my next set of parts and give me some feedback. I have been working on this Minifig 3 wheel motorcycle for a LONG time now and would like to consider it done. However I will welcome any comments or changes. (...) (24 years ago, 13-Dec-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Re: LDraw.org Future Plans/Help

When I started using MLCAD/L3P/POV-RAY, I had quite a few issues. - Installation - The existing ldraw.org was pretty good in instructing how to find and install these things. However, I had to wade through a bunch of stuff to figure out that these (...) (24 years ago, 13-Dec-00, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dev, lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw, lugnet.cad.mlcad)

  Re: Date for next partsvote?

Yes - I'm starting to find that almost all my models are using newly posted parts that really should be incorporated into the standard parts release. It would be great to get another one. Carsten Schmitz <casz@gmx.de> wrote in message (...) (24 years ago, 13-Dec-00, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw)

  minifig hair pieces????

I can't find minifig hair pieces in the standard MLCAD (LDRAW) parts release. I'm looking under "Other Parts/M." Is there a hair piece. I just want a generic minifig hair piece. I would also prefer to also have a female version. All I can find are (...) (24 years ago, 13-Dec-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Re: Interior shots of Cathedral of Ice

Thanks! I actually wanted to add tile to the foor to make it more exciting, but each of these shots already takes over 2 hours to generate (in POV-RAY) on my machine!   Re: License - again

(...) Oh, artistic is definitely not the best license to start from for parts. I don't think it achieves anyone's goals in that direction. Artistic is well suited for an application. I'd have to review this thread's history to be aware of the (...) (24 years ago, 13-Dec-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Re: Screensaver anyone?

Unfortunately, there is currently no way to get it to launch in fullscreen mode. Maybe the saver launchers have a way around this problem. The startup spin vector problem is another problem, since LDView doesn't have any way of making this happen (...) (24 years ago, 13-Dec-00, to lugnet.cad.ray)

  Re: License - again

I like the artistic license, but not for a library of parts. The key issue to deal with in the LCAD library is "abandonment". The license must allow active LCAD people to maintain, modify, convert and distribute parts that people author. The (...) (24 years ago, 13-Dec-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)
