  Small racing aerospacecraft

Here's a little racing craft I came up with. I originally built it in white, but then came up with this color scheme by playing around with LDraw. I liked it enough to build another version IRL with the same colors (except for 3 yellow pieces which (...) (24 years ago, 1-Oct-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build, lugnet.cad.ray) !

Re: Has the minfig gem been done?

(...) Hmmm.... Gimme a few hours. (Okay, put the "secret project" on hold, this one should be a bit easier... ;-) Seriously, what should we call this one? It's not necessarily a "Minifig Accesory". Franklin (24 years ago, 1-Oct-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  MLCAD - l3p - POVray

Hello! OK.. just need a short help/hint. I've set up today the MLCad-l3p-povRay combination and it works fine except for one thing. When I render a minifig with a helmet the helmet looks crappy. That means you see the rendering lines of the helmet (...) (24 years ago, 30-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad)

Re: LCad Parts Update 2000-02 Now Available  [DAT]

(...) It's alive! It's alive ! And what a monster. I guess we have to nickname you Steve "Frankenstein" Bliss from now on :-) I've found one loose tread to be resolved in the next update, we've forgotten to replace 3228.dat with a "moved to". If i'm (...) (24 years ago, 30-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad)

Re: Test version of LDraw Add-On Installation

(...) Do you mean that each time you get a new file, ~LDAO001.bat, ~LDAO002.bat, ~LDAO003.bat and so on ? If so, then the same thing happens for me too. Greetings, M. Moolhuysen. (24 years ago, 30-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

Re: Test version of LDraw Add-On Installation

(...) I decided to go ahead and download the test version too. It didn't destroy Windows 98 (SE, I think) this time. However, the VEC batch processes still run every time I start LDAO instead of just once, and the Minifig modeler (which was actually (...) (24 years ago, 30-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

  Small Racecraft  [DAT]

I originally built this model entirely in white, but I think I like this color scheme. (...) Sure, I just sent you a message with the file attached. For people who can't get to ldraw.org, the file should be available from Mike Stanley's mirror site in a few days. Steve (24 years ago, 30-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad)

Re: wrong part number? - LCad Parts Update 2000-02

(...) For most parts, the number stamped in the part is a general number -- it applies to the part, in any color. The actual part numbers used by TLC are a combination of the general number and a color code. This part is unusual, because the number (...) (24 years ago, 30-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad)

Has the minfig gem been done?

I'm speaking of the little 1x1 gem found in many ninja sets, ocatgonal with a tiny cylinder at the base... i can't find it on any parts pages or updates and can't locate it in the partlist. J (24 years ago, 30-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)

wrong part number? - LCad Parts Update 2000-02

Steve, I found a possible error in the update. The Minifig Sword Greatsword was released as part # 59. I submitted it as part # 71014. (I got that number from the part itself, inside the pommel.) What happened? Franklin (24 years ago, 30-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad)

Anybody working on a real 30366?

Just wanted to know because I get a little sick of the mockup version when I povray it. It's very strange that nobody has made an official 30366(tie fighter canopy) because it is used in so many sets. Ps. with an official 30366 I only mean the part (...)
