  personalized arragement of part library

Hello all, I vaguely remember that in one of the cad programs it was possible to make your own custom arragement for the part library. I don't remember what program. Would someone please be so kind to remind me where such a thing was possible, and (...) (24 years ago, 28-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad)

Re: some thoughts on ldraw parts

(...) Please don't misunderstand me here. Trust me, I as much as anyone depend on these parts authors. What it comes down to is with a rewpository if you really want the minifig torso with the zipper pattern slightly cocked to the left with the (...) (24 years ago, 28-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad)
