Wow, I've never seen this part before. What set is it from? The 8448? Or the Dark Side Developer? Anyway, I agree with your choice of insertion point and orientation, since it is consistent with the other bent liftarms in LDraw. Fredrik (24 years ago, 3-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

This part looks good to me! Thanks for your work. Before you submit it, though, I'd like to ask you to reposition it so that it is centered in the origin. Compare it with the part 32017.DAT. Your part should have the same insertion point, in my (...) (24 years ago, 3-Aug-00, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)
